Welcome to our web site! Drs. Gilman and Friden, Optometrists, have been in Quincy for over 24 years. We offer services for vision and eye
health examinations. Our extensive dispensing services rival those of any practice in Reno or Sacramento. We treat glaucoma,
eye injuries, foreign bodies in the eye, emergency services, & most eye diseases. For those specialty areas of the eye,
we work with a neuro-ophthalmologist, several retinal specialists, a corneal specialist and an oculoplastic surgeon for eyelids.
We also offer services for vision therapy, contact lenses and low vision (special devices for the partially sighted - legally
blind). Medicare and Medi-cal accepted, V.S.P. insurance accepted, and most other medical and vision plans accepted. Hours of Operation
Office Hours - 8am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday, phone 283-2020. Emergency care is also
available after hours.
